Importing Harvest API data to a spreadsheet doesn't have to be painful! In this guide, we'll walk you through the basics of importing Harvest API data to Google Sheets.

Before you begin

  1. Install API Importer for Google Sheets

Create a Harvest Account (if you haven't already)

Navigate to https://www.getharvest.com and click the "Try Harvest Free" button

Fill in the form, then click "Create My Account"

Get your API Access Token

Head on over to https://id.getharvest.com/developers and click "Create New Personal Access Token"

Give your Token a name, then click "Create Personal Access Token"

In the "Testing Your Token" section, copy the curl command

In Google Sheets, go to Add-ons -> API Importer -> My Requests
